Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via a tracked delivery service from our international warehouse, and you are protected against loss, damage or any incorrect items received.

An estimated delivery time for your shipping address is calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order and expected delivery date on our website.
Processing time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding Sundays), however, it may take up to 5 working days to prepare your order for shipment. If you have ordered multiple items then they may be shipped in separate packages.
Delivery time: Once dispatched, each package in your order will be processed through customs and transported to the local courier in your region. Once received by the courier, your package(s) will be sorted for delivery and the tracking will be updated.
Disruption and delays: Please be aware of any local postal disruptions or circumstances that may delay the delivery of your order such as holiday seasons and courier strike action.
Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation. We can only cancel items in your order that have not yet begun fulfilment, which may be prior to any shipping notifications or status updates.
